We are so prone to find answers through our 5 senses in the external world that we often overlook that happiness or peace is an inner state. Ultimately it can’t be found outside of us. To go inside and face our own darkness seems the scariest journey we could ever take. It is also the only path that will guide us home and allow us to stop running away from ourselves. We are conditioned to fear the dark but it’s also where everything stems from.
